It can be set to either View Permissions or Edit Permissions.

Admin Only

Can these custom fields be used as filters on the Directory Search page?
Yes, it can be integrated into the Directory Search page filters. If you need this feature, email us at help@almabase.com, specifying the desired fields to be added.
Are there constraints to consider with custom fields?
We advise against creating custom fields for personal details such as Education, Employment, and Email IDs.
Since Almabase already provides wide coverage of data through default fields, related custom fields could cause data confusion.
Furthermore, these default fields have built-in functionalities that custom fields don't.
