Removing users from an email group could get a little tricky, but I've broken down the steps below to make this process as simple as possible.
Option 1: How to unsubscribe or remove a user from an email group from the Data Studio
Go to Data Studio and search for the user. Select (check) the account and click on Admin Actions.
Under Admin Actions, go to Communication Center β‘ Unsubscribe records from an existing email group.
Select the group from the dropdown and click on Unsubscribe Members.
Option 2: Removing a user from the Email Groups
Step 1: Copy the user Almabase Profile Id from the Data Studio.
On the data studio, search for the user by email address, Add/Remove Columns and look for a column called "Almabase Profile Id," check it, and select Apply.
Step 2: Editing the email group.
Go to the Email Groups listing page from the admin panel. (Admin Panel > Communication Center > Email Groups)
Here, click on more actions and select the edit group of the email group you want to remove the user from.
Step 3: Search for the user with the Almabase Profile ID.
On the edit email group page, hover over the "Static members" section. And then press Control + F (if windows) or Command + F (if Mac), and paste the Almabase Profile ID.
Click on "X" next to their profile ID and hit on save. This will remove that user from the email group. You can refresh the Email Group listing page and click on "view members" of that group to cross-check. π
