Removing users from an email group could get a little tricky, but I've broken down the steps below to make this process as simple as possible.

Step 1:

Copy the user Almabase Profile Id from the Data Studio.

On the data studio, search for the user with their email address and then click on Add/Remove Columns and search for a column name "Almabase Profile Id," check this column and hit on apply.

Step 2:

Editing the email group.

Go to the Email Groups listing page from the admin panel. (Admin Panel > Communication Center > Email Groups)

Here, click on more actions and select edit group of the email group you want to remove the user from.

Step 3:

Search for the user with the Almabase Profile ID.

On the edit email group page, hover over the "Static members" section. And then press Control + F (if windows) or Command + F (if Mac), and paste the Almabase Profile ID.

Click on "X" next to their profile ID and hit on save. This will remove that user from the email group. You can refresh the Email Group listing page and click on "view members" of that group to cross-check. 👍
