A step-by-step guide to link Cybersource Payment accounts with Almabase

To link the CyberSource Payment account with Almabase, you will require three unique ID's

  • Merchant ID is the Organization ID used to log in to the CyberSource Merchant Account.

  • Merchant Secret Key

  • Merchant Key ID

NOTE: Contact CyberSource support to enable the currencies you'd want to accept payments from. On Almabase, we can process payments from AED, USD & GBP currencies using CyberSource.

How to obtain the Merchant ID and Secret Key?

Step 2 - Go to Payment Configuration and click on "Key Management"

Step 3 - Click on the "Generate Key" button (top right corner)

Step 4 - Select "REST - Shared Secret" and hit on "Generate Key"

Step 5 - Copy the Key & Shared Secret Key for the next steps.


Setup CyberSource on Almabase

Step 1 - Search for Payment gateway on the Search bar on the left (Admin View)

Click on + Add Almapay Payment Account.

Step 2 - Enter the necessary details.

Step 3 - Enter the Merchant ID, Merchant Shared Secret Key, and Merchant Key ID in the "Metadata" box in the format shown below πŸ‘‡

After completing the above steps, hit "Save" to link the CyberSource Payment account with the platform. πŸ‘
