Prerequisites
User account with Environment Admin Access and Security Groups - Full Rights.
Step 1: Connect the Database and Set Up Sync Configurations
Go to Tools > Events > "Sync Configuration".
Choose a user account or select "Add Connection" to create a new one.
Set up your sync settings for Event, Ticket, and Guest Configuration. Find out more here.
Note that the default sync settings apply to all new events. Use the 'Sync & Export' tab to modify the settings for specific events,
Step 2: Select Guests to Sync
Navigate to the Guest Dashboard.
Use filters like "Event" to narrow down the list of guests you want to sync.
The filtered guests will be displayed in a table view.
Step 3: Initiate Guest Data Sync
Click on "Sync guest".
A pop-up will appear for payment batch creation.
The sync process begins upon batch creation. RSVP sync status can be checked on Almabase and Raiser's Edge as seen in image.
Step 4: Sync Payment Data
Navigate to "Payment Batches".
Select the batch you created.
Review the gifts, make changes if needed, and sync them.
