Contacting the Support Team

Learn how to easily get in touch with the Almabase support team for assistance.

At Almabase, we are dedicated to providing excellent support and ensuring a great experience for our users. There are two primary ways to contact our support team:

  1. Chat Bubble

  2. Email

Chat Bubble

This feature offers two communication options:

  • Leave a Message: This option is ideal for general inquiries or non-urgent matters. Start a new conversation, provide details, and our team will respond promptly.

  • Report a Critical Issue: Use this for urgent issues like campaign, payment, or event registration problems. Follow these steps:

    1. Select "Immediate attention needed! I want to report a critical issue."

    2. Choose the critical issue type you want to report.

    3. Proceed with sharing the details about the issue.

    4. Our team will be notified instantly.

Resuming or Starting a New Conversation:

  1. To continue an existing conversation, click on a previous conversation in the chat bubble and send your message.

  2. To start a new conversation, click on "Send us a message."
