Prerequisite
Your form needs to be set up with a connector that has the "Review before updating' connected rule.
Step 1: Navigate to “Submissions”
Go to the "Submissions" section on your form's admin side.
Find the specific submission you want to review.
Step 2: Select the “Review Data Updates” Option
Select the mapping button.
Choose "Review data updates".
Verify that the submission is mapped to the respective profile of the user.
Step 3: Confirm the Updated Information
Wait for a modal to appear. It will display the:
Existing information on the user's profile.
New data.
Compare the two sets of data.
Ensure that the updates are correct and align with your intentions.
Once done, select the 'Add to Record' button to update the user's profile.
