Data automatically syncs between Almabase and Raiser's Edge NXT based on your chosen sync rules. You have three options for syncing alumni profile updates:
Don't review any changes. Automatically push: Updates on user profiles are automatically sent to Raiser's Edge.
Every change needs to be reviewed: Manually approve each update before it syncs.
Review only changes on Almabase that will replace or remove data on RENXT: Review changes that modify or delete existing Raiser's Edge data.
To set your preference, visit the Sync Rules section and choose the Set Guidelines option.
The best approach varies based on your needs. If up-to-date data is crucial, the "Automatically push" option is ideal. If you prefer more control, consider manually reviewing changes.
