Managing Replies in the Text Communication Center

This article guides you on managing replies and responding to replies from your alumni or donors using the text communication center.

Step 1: Navigate to the Inbox tab in the text communication center.

Step 2: This is where you'll find all the replies to the messages you've sent. From here, you're able to respond to these replies.

Step 3: Use the filters to sort messages based on contacts, read or unread status, or even a specific date range.

Pro tip: Set notification preferences to be alerted when a message hasn't been replied to or seen for over 10 minutes. Click on the πŸ”” icon and specify who should receive these reply notifications, and remember to save your changes.
