If you need assistance or have any questions, you can easily reach out to our support team through two convenient methods. Read on to learn more about how to contact our support team and the available options for getting in touch.

Contacting Support: Email and Chat Bubble

  1. Email: To contact our support team via email, simply send your queries to help@almabase.com.

  2. Chat Bubble: Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team directly through the chat bubble on the platform. The chat bubble provides two options for communication: "Leave a message" and "Report a critical issue."

  • Leave a message: If your request is a general question or non-urgent matter, selecting this option allows you to start a new conversation with our support team. You can provide the necessary details, and our team will respond as soon as possible.

  • Report a critical issue: This option should be chosen only for critical issues that require immediate attention. Examples include ongoing campaign issues, payment issues, or event registration problems. If you select this option, you will be asked to create a ticket for the critical issue. Once you've created the ticket, a member of our team will attend to your request without delay.

Resuming or Starting a Conversation: If you wish to continue a previous conversation, simply click on one of the existing conversations you see in the chat bubble and send your message. This allows you to seamlessly pick up where you left off and receive ongoing support.

If you wish to start a new conversation, click on "Send us a message"
