The Donor Heatmap is a visual representation of donation activity across different regions.
It helps you and your campaign visitors quickly see where most of your donors are located.
When enabled, your campaign page displays:
A U.S. map showing donation activity by state, and/or
A world map showing donation activity by country.
Each region is color-coded based on donation volume β darker shades represent higher activity, and lighter shades represent lower activity.
β
Why this matters
The Donor Heatmap gives your campaign a visual storytelling element:
Highlights which regions are most engaged with your campaign.
Encourages healthy competition between regions during giving days.
Builds trust and motivation by showing real, location-based support.
Who can view it
The heatmap appears on your public campaign page (for competitive fundraising campaigns) and is visible to everyone visiting your campaign.
