Customizing your fundraising page allows you to tell your story effectively and connect with donors in a meaningful way. Follow these step-by-step instructions to ensure your page stands out and communicates your mission clearly.
Getting Started
On your competitive fundraising page, navigate to the Customize Page tab. Here you'll be able to personalize every key section that your donors will see —
Customizing the Hero Section
The hero section is the first thing your donors notice. It sets the tone for your campaign. You have several layout options to choose from. Each layout provides a different way to highlight your campaign message.
After making your choice, save your changes and preview the page to ensure it visually aligns with your campaign.
Customizing Leaderboards and Tribute Wall
You also have the flexibility to customize the layout of both the Tribute Wall and the Leaderboards within your campaign page.
Just like the hero section, you can select from available layouts, preview your changes, and save your preferred style.
For multiple leaderboards, you can assign a unique layout to each based on what best highlights your progress.
Adding Custom Sections
To share more information with your donors, use the Custom Sections feature.
Here, you’ll be able to add a message or additional content. This is perfect for providing details about your cause or event goals.
Click to add a custom section.
Once added, enter the name and then go to Edit Page Design to customize your section’s content by entering your message.
You’ll have access to different content blocks and widgets you can drag and drop onto the page.
Preview the full campaign landing page to see how your new sections appear to visitors.
Arranging Page Sections
At the bottom of the Customize Page tab, you have the option to reorder the sections on your fundraising page. Simply drag sections up or down to prioritize the most important content.
Note: You can make these adjustments at any time, even while your campaign is live.
Enhancing Donor Transparency with the Donor Ticker
To help build trust with your donors, you can add a Donor ticker and manage its visibility under campaign settings. By default, this is set to not show on the landing page.
You may choose to display just donor names or include both names and donation amounts.
After updating the setting, review how the donor ticker will look on your campaign page — Scroll down to the "Landing Page Details" section and click Preview Landing Page.
Click on the Recent Gifts tab to see the donor ticker updating live as new gifts come in.
You’ll also find a summary showing the total number of gifts, the overall amount raised, and the average gift size.
This makes monitoring your campaign’s progress effortless and transparent.
Next Steps and Practical Tips
