Donors occasionally commit mistakes when making a gift, like typos in their name or the tribute message.
While they cannot edit these details after making the gift, you can edit it from the admin side.
Step 1: Go to the gift entry and click on "View Details" > "Edit Gift."
Step 2: Editing the tribute card
On the edit gift page, under the section "Gift Instructions," you will see the option to edit the tribute card.
You will see the details like donor name, tribute message, and image to edit on clicking that button.
Note: The option to edit the tribute card is applicable only for competitive fundraising campaigns.
