With Directory, you can upload various documents and media formats for your alumni to download.
Step 1: Navigate to Directories
Go to 'Directories' on the admin navigation under the Tools section.
Step 2: Create a new Directory for Downloadable Resources
Click on '+' to create a dedicated directory.
Enter the Directory name.
Choose Resources under the template option.
Click on 'Manage Form' and create a form that would be used to accept submissions for the directory.
Step 3: Add Section to Main Menu
Search for Edit Main Menu & Footer on the admin panel.
Here, you will find different headers and sublinks. Select the header to add the download page.
Click '+ Add sublink' under the selected header.
Under 'Name' , input a name (e.g. Resources).
Select the URL and add the Directory link.
Click 'Save changes' in the Add Item modal and in the bottom right corner of the main page.
