Yearbooks provide a bridge between past and present, fostering a sense of community and allowing alumni to celebrate their shared history while staying connected to their alma mater.
Yearbooks on Almabase can now be created with the Directories module.
How to create a Yearbook Directory?
Step 1:
Go to Tools > Directories from the admin panel.
Step 2:
Click on the "+" sign to Create a Directory and select the "Yearbook" template from the dropdown option.
Step 3:
Display settings are where you select the form fields to be displayed on the yearbook

How to add the Yearbook directory to the Navigation menu on the Homepage? 👇
Step 1:
Go to Edit Main Menu & Footer on the admin panel and choose the header under which you'd like to add yearbooks. Click [+Add sublink] under the selected header.
Step 2:
In the text box Name, enter a name of your choice (Say, 'Yearbook') and enter the URL of the Yearbook directory you just created. And click Save Changes.
Step 3:
Also click Save changes on the bottom-right corner to ensure that this change gets saved onto the main page.
