Understanding Records vs. Users

A "record" represents a person's profile on our platform, while a "user" is someone who has registered or signed up and linked themselves to a specific record.

Dive deeper into the differences between Users and Profiles here.

A record can primarily be archived. However, if a record is connected to a user (a registered record), it can also be permanently deleted.

Archiving a Record

Step 1: Accessing Data Studio

  1. Navigate to the "Data Studio."

  2. Highlight the records you wish to archive.

Step 2: Archiving Selected Records

  1. Head to "Admin Actions."

  2. Choose "Record Status" and then select "Archive Records."

๐Ÿ’กTip: You can archive both registered and unregistered records from this section.

Deleting a User

If you're using the Old Admin Navigation:

Step 1: Finding the User

  1. Visit "All Users.

  2. Search for the user you intend to delete.

Step 2: User Deletion

  1. Highlight the user's name.

  2. From the dropdown menu, pick "Delete selected Users."

For those on the New Admin Navigation:

Step 1: Accessing User Reports

Navigate to "Reports" and then select "Pending user approvals."

Step 2: User Deletion

  1. Highlight the user's name.

  2. From the dropdown menu, pick "Delete selected Users."
