Learn more about setting up Salesforce integration with Almabase using the Salesforce Data API.

Almabase leverages the Salesforce Data API to add and update contact data within Salesforce. To grant Almabase access to the API, your organization's administrator needs to install the Almabase app from the Salesforce App Exchange.

Prerequisites:

  • Supported Salesforce Editions: Professional, Enterprise, and Essentials Editions

  • Salesforce administrators or users with Download AppExchange Packages permission to install the app

  • Almabase Site Administrator

  • An active credit card

Pricing:

  • $300 Annual Subscription Charges (After 90 days of a free trial)

Setup:

Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Open the Almabase App on the Salesforce App Exchange.Click on the "Get it Now" button.

  2. Click on the "Get it Now" button.

3.Β (Optional) If you are not already logged in to the portal, log in with your Salesforce credentials for the org where you wish to install the app.

4. To install the app in the production environment, click on "Install in Production."

Once you have completed the installation in the production environment, proceed with the following steps to connect the Salesforce org with Almabase.

  1. Go to your Almabase platform's homepage and add this to your website's URL: /login/salesforce. For example, if your website's homepage URL is https://alumni.regency.com, go to https://alumni.regency.com/login/salesforce.

  2. (Optional) You will be redirected to Salesforce. If you are not already logged in to Salesforce, log in with the org you wish to connect to Almabase. Note: If you are using a Sandbox, use your Sandbox account credentials instead of the production environment.

  3. Click on "Allow."

  4. Once the integration is successful, you will be redirected to Almabase.
