For those overseeing a Mentorship program, tracking the progress of mentorship pairs is essential. It helps in ensuring that goals are met, challenges are addressed in time, and the program's effectiveness is enhanced.
Start by locating the Connections Tab. Here you can find
Status: Shows whether the mentorship is Accepted, Withdrawn, or Completed.
Last Activity: Indicates the most recent interaction on the Mentorship platform.
Action (Wrench Icon): Allows you to update the connection status - whether a Request is Sent, Accepted, or the mentorship is Completed.
