The Events Guest Dashboard- An Overview

The Guest Dashboard is a tab under events that provides comprehensive data on the guests of all events.

Navigation- In the admin panel, click on "Tools"> "Events" > "Guest Dashboard"

The filters available in the Guest Dashboard include the following-

Tip: You can make a combination of filters for more accurate data about your guests.

An overview of guest data-

The Guest Dashboard provides an overview of the data such as the Number of guests, Total ticket amount, Total gift amount, and User Feedback.

Options to Sync and error resolution-

  • The following segment of the dashboard provides insight into the guest data synced and the data yet to be synced (pending guests).

  • The progress bar or a thermometer shows the percentage of guest data synced with the data and the time of the last sync performed.

  • The segment also includes the option to sync data from Almabase to RE. The Recommended Actions comprises of two buttons-

  1. Sync guests- Click to sync pending guests to RE

2. View guests- Click to view the guests that need to be synced.

List of possible guest errors and ways to resolve them:

  • These hosts/registrants could not be mapped to a corresponding record.

  • To proceed with sync, you may choose to ignore these guests, map them to an existing record, or create a new record.

  • The registration amount and gift amount for the following events do not match

  • Add or remove gifts to make sure the left and right sides match.

  • Video guide

host/registrant linked with accompanying guest on RE

  • Host/Registrant of these guests on Almabase is mapped to an accompanying guest on RE.

  • Change the constituent associated with the host/registrant on Almabase or change/remove the accompanying guest on RE.

  • Video guide

guest already registered for this event

  • These guests are already registered for the event.

  • To proceed with sync, you may choose to map to new guests, or ignore these guests, or map them to an existing record, or create a new record.

guest with no system record ID

  • These guests are missing System Record ID.

  • Please add system record ID for these guests to sync them

guest with invalid system record ID

  • These guests have invalid System Record ID.

  • Please add valid system record ID for these guests to sync them

Table view of guests:

  • The table view provides a complete list of all event guests with information on RSVP, sync status, and more.

  • You can search for guests using the search function and also set the time period you want to run the search.

The following is the list of columns available that can be added or removed based on your requirements.

Total Amount Paid

  • The sum of fees and donations

Payment Batch

  • The name of the payment batch on RE

Registration Date

  • Date and time of the registration made

Checked In

  • Yes

  • No

Checked In At

  • Date and time when checked-in

Guest On Raiser's Edge

  • Link to the guest on RE

Invite Status

  • No value in case the invitee feature is not used
