When an email address in your email group is marked as "Unsubscribed," it indicates that the user has chosen to stop receiving emails from that specific group.
Resubscribing Users to an Email Group
Go to "Members" then "Manage User Groups," and finally, "Unsubscribed Users" in the admin panel to view a list of unsubscribed users.
To resubscribe, select the desired users and remove them from the "Unsubscribed Users" list.
