Navigate to the Mentorship Page.

Go to 'Connections'. This section displays all existing Mentor and Mentee pairs, along with their mentorship details.

In 'Connections', select the '+' icon located at the bottom left corner. This action opens a pop-up on the right side for creating a new connection.

In the pop-up, search and select the profiles for the mentee and mentor.

Choose the appropriate mentorship service.

Select 'Create connection' to save the new pairing. The new connection will now be visible under the 'Connections' tab.
