What are the Steps to Join the Mentorship Program as a Mentor or Mentee?

Learn the detailed steps to enroll as a mentor, mentee, or both.

Step 1: Access the Program

  1. Go to your Mentorship Page.

  2. Select 'Join Program' to apply for the mentorship program.

Step 2: Choose Your Role

  1. Decide whether you want to be a mentee, a mentor, or both.

  2. Select 'Proceed' to continue.

Step 3: Provide Basic Information

  1. Fill in your basic information, including a profile picture, name, introduction, and LinkedIn URL. Note that only the name field is mandatory.

  2. Select 'Proceed' to move to the next step.

Step 4: Select Mentorship Topics

  1. Choose the mentorship topics you are interested in offering as a mentor or receiving as a mentee.

  2. Pick all relevant topics from the provided list.

Step 5: Complete Additional Questions

  1. Answer any additional questions presented in this step.

  2. Select 'Proceed' to save your preferences.

Step 6: Gain Access to the Program

  1. After applying, you will gain access to the mentorship program.

  2. This access allows you to view and filter all available mentors based on your preferences and needs.

  3. If you apply as a mentee, you will have the option to 'Send Request' to potential mentors.
