In the user directory search, can the alumni be sorted alphabetically by 'Last Name' instead of 'First Name'?

Can the filter attributes on the user directory search page be modified?

Absolutely, these filter attributes are customizable. You can add or remove filters on any field you require. Each filter parameter can include up to 8 fields, and within a filter (nested), you can have up to 3 filter parameters.

Note: Under the 'Education' filter parameter, existing fields include 'Degree,' 'Field of Study,' and 'Specialization.'

To add a new field, such as 'Year of Entry,' one of the existing fields must be removed. For any changes, email us at help@almabase.com.

Can the labels of the filter parameters on the user directory search page be changed?

Can new profiles be added to the user directory?

Certainly! To add new profiles to the user directory, follow these steps:

  1. In the address bar of your browser, type in 'your site name/profile/create.' E.g. alumni.regencyacademy.org/profile/create.

  2. An unfilled Profile Update screen will appear. Fill in the required details.

  3. Click "Save Changes."

This method is suitable for adding individual profiles. If you need to upload bulk information, such as a new graduating class or a large dataset, please reach out to us at help@almabase.com, and we will guide you through the next steps.
