To set up Authorize.net Merchant Account on Almabase, we will require four unique keys

  • API Login ID

  • Transaction Key

  • Client ID

Understand how to obtain the above keys with three simple steps. πŸ˜„

  • Step 1:

    • To obtain the above keys, go to "Account" and click on "API Credentials & Keys" under Security Settings.

    • On the page that follows, you will find your API Login ID πŸ‘‡

    • Copy/Save this API Login ID for the next steps. πŸ‘

  • Step 2:

    • On the same page, under create new key(s), you will find options to generate your new transaction key.

    • Select obtain new transaction and hit on submit. Now, you'll be requested to verify your identity using a pin. Validate this.

    • Note: Check "disable old transaction" only if it's not being used elsewhere.

  • Step 3:

    • Once you complete the validation, you will be redirected to a screen that displays the current signature key. Save/Copy this key to your clipboard.

  • Step 4:

    • To obtain the "Client ID," go to "Account" and click on "Manage Public Client Key" under Security Settings.

  • Step 5:

    • On the following page, you will find your "Client ID." Copy/Save the ID for the next steps.

    • Note: If you do not find your Client ID (as marked above), then answer the security question, and it will be generated.
