The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use pages are crucial for any website, providing users with necessary legal information. It's typically accessible from the registration page and the footer of the homepage.
Sometimes, the default pages linked to these sections might not reflect your organization's specific terms and conditions.
As these updates need to be made from the backend, there are two primary methods to make these changes.
1. Create and Share the Almabase Page URL
As an admin, you can create a new page on your Almabase website specifically for your Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
Once the page is created, copy its URL.
Share the URL through the Intercom Chat π¬. The Almabase team will then update the relevant section from the backend.
2. Share Existing Page URL
If you already have a Terms of Use or Privacy Policy page on an external website, locate the page.
Copy the URL of this existing page.
Share the URL through the Intercom Chat π¬.
The Almabase team will update your Almabase website from the backend to reflect this link.
