Here's how guests can manage their privacy and visibility as registrants: they can choose to let others know they're attending or stay anonymous!
When Additional Guest's aren't allowed
In events where additional guests aren't allowed, as a registrant you can find the Guest Privacy option on the Event pre-registration form. You can check off the check box to list your participation as anonymous. Don't make any changes if you wish to let others know about your attendance.
When Additional Guests are allowed
In events where additional guests are allowed, as a registrant you can find the Guest Privacy option on the Guest Attending page. You can mark the checkbox to keep your participation anonymous. If you wish to let others know about your attendance, keep this checked.
📝 Note
In this case, the selected guest privacy option will apply to both the main guest and accompanying guests equally.
How does it appear on the Event Page?
Names will be displayed for guests who keep the Guest Privacy checkbox selected, while for those who uncheck it, the guest list will show their attendance as Anonymous.
