The new live stream feature aims to build stronger connections with your global alumni community. This feature integrates a YouTube live link into the events registration kit page, providing both admins and guests with more options for participation and privacy.
What's new?
Admins can now:
Embed a YouTube live stream video that shows up in the event attendee's guest kit.
Set the privacy level for the feature: either Public or for approved registrants only.
Guests can now:
Find the live stream block on the guest registration kit.
Use the live stream as an additional channel during in-person events.
For example, during a football game, the main venue might be the stadium. While some can attend in person, others can view the live stream via their guest kit.
How do I get the feature enabled on the platform?
