On Almabase pages, beyond using Widgets and Templates, there are several customization options:

  1. Form: Add pre-created custom forms to your page.

  2. Access: Control who sees your page—public, logged-in users, or admin only—using drop-down options.

  3. Membership: If applicable, restrict page access to certain membership levels of your alumni association.

  4. Status: Save your work as a draft to resume later, and use the “publish” option once ready.

Note: To make your page visible on the site, add it under a header in the navigation menu. For guidance, refer to our instructional video.
