Is Verified: Indicates whether the user has confirmed access to the email by clicking a verification link or entering a one-time password (OTP).
Is Engaged: Marks whether the user has interacted with at least one email by opening it or clicking a link.
Is Primary: When marked 'yes', this email is the main contact for communications sent from the platform (read more here)
