To change your email after signing up, you can take advantage of Almabase's multiple email address support.
First, go to add the new email address to your profile and select "Allow login using this email." This enables you to log in using the newly added email address.
Editing or Deleting an Email Address
Email addresses saved to a record cannot be edited. To make changes, you must delete the old address and add a new one.
This is necessary in cases of misspelled email addresses or if the email is no longer valid.
If the incorrect email is the only one on your profile, add a new one first, then delete the incorrect one.
Which Email will Receive Communications then?
The email marked as "Primary" will receive all communications, including bulk emails and notifications.
As an administrator, you'll also get product updates and Daily Reports at this primary email address.
Example:
If you signed up with johndoe@gmail.com, you can add john123@yahoo.com and johndoe@almabase.com to your profile.
Communications will be sent to johndoe@gmail.com, but you can log in with any of the three emails.
