With the increasing collection of new emails from various online alumni programs, we've enhanced our database to support multiple email addresses for a constituent record. Now, you can add more than one email address to a record on Almabase through their profile.

Adding Multiple Emails

  1. Now, you can add more than one email address to a record on Almabase through their profile.

  2. Each email address can be assigned a specific type and marked as primary, allowing for better organization.

  3. To capture the validity and preferences of each email address on the platform, we've introduced more refined email statuses and additional properties linked to an address.

  4. Updating email statuses from Data Studio is now much simpler.

  5. Add email addresses from the duplicate record to the master record while merging profiles.

What Remains Unchanged?

  1. Email communication from the platform will be sent to one primary email address. The primary address will receive all communication.

  2. As of now, you can upload only one email address for a record through an email list upload. If you need to bulk upload multiple email addresses to a record, please reach out to us.
