When might this occur?
Records lack names when users abandon the registration at the very first step: the basic info page.
Remember: The latest registration/login method gathers users' email addresses, creating a database record for that specific email.
How can an admin determine if a user has abandoned registration?
Admins can isolate these users in Data Studio by introducing the "registration form complete" column and setting the corresponding filter.

So, what's the admin's next step?
Given that the email is already in the database, pinpoint these records in Data Studio. Next, dispatch an email urging them to wrap up their registration.
Keep in mind: Encourage users to finish registering to fully unlock platform features. Upon logging in, they'll pick up from where they left the registration.
