Email delivery failures can occur for several reasons:
Conversation was closed/archived
This typically happens between a Mentor and Mentee; if one party ends the conversation, replies won't be sent.
Solve this by restarting the mentorship for closed conversations.
Either your email or the recipients' was not identified
This happens if the replier isn't registered on the alumni platform, preventing the servers from validating the email address.
Solve this by creating a new record or adding the email to an existing profile for unrecognized emails.
Account is still pending approval
When someone signs up but their registration hasn't been approved, their replies won't go through.
Solve this by approving pending accounts in the Data Studio or All Users Page.
