How do I access the reports I've saved in Engagement Studio?

  1. To access saved reports, select "Change report".

  2. Choose the report you want from the list.

How can I change the name or description of a report?

  1. To edit a report's name or description, select "Change report".

  2. Click on the three dots icon ➡ "Edit Saved Report".

Why does the date range on my filter differ from the date range shown in the table?

  • The date range on filters is for listing records, while the table's date range is different.

  • The table shows a date range only when engagement-related columns (like touchpoints or categories) are added.

  • To add engagement-related columns, click on "Edit Columns".

  • The table's date range helps you see the frequency of specific touchpoints or categories within a chosen timeframe.

Every time I open Engagement Studio, a specific report is already loaded. How can I view a different report?

  • The last saved report automatically loads by design.

  • To view a different report, select "Change report" and choose from the list.

How can I select all the records at once in a report?

  • There's no option to directly select all records in a report.

  • When no records are selected, click on the ⚙️gear icon on the table.

  • Select an appropriate action to apply to all records in the list.

How do I delete a report in Engagement Studio?

  1. To delete a report, select "Change report".

  2. Click on the three dots icon ➡ "Delete Saved Report".
