Event Reports are instrumental in bridging the objectives of your event with its execution: from tracking registrations for logistical planning to studying sub-event attendance in the aftermath.
Reports collate all information pertaining to tickets, registrations, and check-ins, facilitating comprehensive analysis.
Monitoring Key Metrics
You can monitor key metrics associated with your event's success by offering insights into touchpoints, new contact details acquired, and both automated and bulk email communication.
Utilizing Filter for Sub-Events
For versatility in analysis, use the filter option for high-level overviews of the entire event or dive deeper with detailed sub-event level data.
Reviewing Event Status
This section provides a bird's eye view of registrations, check-ins, and net income accrued from ticket sales.
For an in-depth breakdown of the Net Amount's components, such as Gross Ticket Sales, Discounts, and Gifts - hover over the information icon adjacent to the Net Amount.
Looking at Sub-Event Registrations
Here, summaries of the number of registrations for each sub-event are presented. The clickable links direct to the guest manager, showing guest registrations for the respective sub-event.
Step 5: Understanding Ticket Information
Find a brief of each ticket figure. The numbers on the left indicate the number of purchases.
Reviewing Event Feedback
At the bottom of the Reports tab, a Feedback section shows how guests rated the event registration experience. The rating is displayed as a score out of 5, along with the total number of reviews and a breakdown by star rating.
From here you can:
See all reviews — Click "See all reviews" to view individual reviews with the ratings and comments left by guests.
Export all reviews — Click "Export all reviews" to download all feedback data as a file. This is useful when you want to record feedback externally, share it with your team, or follow up with guests who left low ratings.
