When you receive new updated information on forms, you can review the data before it is pushed to the profiles on Almabase and then to the constituent record on Raiser's Edge NXT.
If you have set up connectors for your form and chosen the connected rule as Review before updating, follow the steps below to understand how to review the new data before pushing it into the respective user profile.
Step 1: Access the 'Submissions' Section
Step 2: Choose the 'Review Data Updates' Option
Click on the mapping button associated with the submission you've selected. From the options presented, choose "Review data updates."
Note: Make sure that the submission is mapped to the respective profile of the user so that the data is pushed to the right profile.
Step 3: Review the updated information.
A pop-up will appear, displaying the existing information on the user's profile and the new data submitted via the form. Compare the two data sets, ensuring that the updates are correct. This step is to verify that you're pushing the most up-to-date and accurate information into the user's profile.
Step 4: Click on Add to Record to push the information into the user's profile.
Once you click the 'Add to Record' button, the data is instantly added to the user's profile.
Following these steps, you can effectively review and add the data you receive on forms to the respective user profiles.
