Step 1: Create a Sub Event

Step 2: Switch ON the 'Guest Limit' toggle.
On the side window that appears when you open your sub-event settings, switch ON the Guest Limit toggle.
Note: The Guest limit option works only with the Seated ticket and Sponsored ticket types. Please ensure that the ticket associated with the sub-event is one of the two types mentioned above.
Step 3: Set the limit on the number of guests for the sub-event
When you toggle ON the 'Guest Limit' option, a new field titled 'How many guests can attend?' will appear, where you can specify the limit on the number of guests that can attend the sub-event.
That's all! Once the number of guests for the sub-event reaches the limit set, guests will no longer be able to register for the sub-event.
