Step 1: Go to "Pending payments" in Guest Manager
Navigate to the Guest Manager tab.
Select "View details" for the registration you want to record an offline payment for.
Step 2: Edit Registration
Go to View details > Edit registration. This will open the event registration page.
Select "Pay now".
Step 3: Record Offline Payment
Select "Make a payment".
In the pop-up box that appears, choose "Record a payment"
Then opt for "Record an offline payment".
