An event registration can be canceled by either the Event Admin (on behalf of the guest) or by the guests themselves.
As an Event Admin
Go to the 'Guest Manager' tab.
Select the guest you wish to cancel the registration for.
Go to 'Edit Registration' -> 'Pay Now (for Pending Payments' OR 'Edit Registration (for approved users' -> 'Cancel Registration'
As a Guest
Go to the 'Event Registration Confirmation' email.
Click 'Modify Registration'.
Click 'Cancel Registration'.
