Step 1: On the event page, go to Guest Communication.
Step 2: Scroll down and click on Tax Deductible Receipt to set it up.
Step 3: The dropdown menu will have three options:
Don't send tax receipt to guests
Send automatically, two days after the event
Send manually
Step 4: If you select the second or third option, the email content can be further edited.
Step 5: If set to Send Manually, the tax receipt can be sent to all guests at once using the Send tax receipt email to guests option. You can also send the receipt email individually by going to Guest Manager -> Guest -> View Details -> Send Tax Receipt.
ββ Please Note: Once a guest receives a tax receipt, their registration cannot be modified.
