Step 1: Initiating the Invitation
Go to the unregistered user's profile on Almabase.
Select the "Invite User To Signup" button as shown below:
Step 2: User Receives Invitation Email
After initiating the invitation, the user will get an email. You can customize this email template to meet your specific needs. Learn more here.
Step 3: User Claims Their Account
Upon clicking the "Claim Account" link in the email, the user will be directed to the registration process.
Step 4: Post-Registration Actions
After the user completes the registration, you can:
Assign them as an admin if necessary.
Approve their user account, allowing them to interact with the site.
This functionality makes it easier for new users to join and interact with the platform.
