Automated system emails are sent in response to specific user activities, such as event registrations or donations, as well as during personal milestones like birthdays or anniversaries.

How to Edit Automated Emails

  1. In the Admin Panel, search for "System emails setup".

  2. Select the email you wish to edit from the list, paying attention to not change any content within {{curly brackets}} as they are merge tags.

Tips:

  • Birthday and anniversary wishes can be personalized for a touch of warmth.

  • The verification email can be a welcoming message for new users.
