Learn how to easily get in touch with the Almabase support team for assistance.

At Almabase, we aim to provide fast and efficient support through our chat-based system. To help you get started, we've created a step-by-step video guide that walks you through how to use the chat bubble to ask questions, raise issues, and access support resources.

Using the Chat Bubble

The chat bubble on your Almabase site's admin side is your primary tool for contacting us. Here’s how to use it:

1. Ask a Question Using the Chat Bubble

  • On the admin side of your site, find the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner.

  • Click the bubble to open it. Under the Messages section, click Ask a Question.

  • Our AI bot, Max, will assist you by answering your query or guiding you to connect with our support team if needed.

2. Connect with an Agent

If Max’s response doesn’t fully resolve your question, you can choose to connect with an agent.

  • Flag a Critical Issue: For urgent matters (e.g., campaign, payment, or event registration issues), select Yes when prompted to indicate it's critical. Provide the details, and our team will respond within a few minutes.

  • For non-critical issues, select No, and our team will respond to your request within 5 to 10 minutes during business hours.

3. View Past Requests & Access Help Articles

  • Under the Messages tab, you can revisit past conversations and monitor ongoing support requests.

  • Any tickets raised will be listed under Tickets, where you can check the status of each issue.

  • In the Help section, you can search Almabase’s help articles for additional information that may resolve your query.


Important: Email Support Discontinuation

Starting November 30th, the help@almabase.com email will no longer be available for support. Please use the chat bubble for all support inquiries to ensure you receive the fastest response.

FAQs

  1. What about my ongoing email threads with the Support team at help@almabase.com? Will they be affected?

    No, they won’t be affected. You just won’t be able to start a new thread by emailing help@almabase.com starting Nov 30.

  2. Is there any way to email Almabase Support?

    No, after Nov 30, support can only be reached through the chat bubble.

  3. I have requests for which I need to keep other team members in the loop. Since I can’t do that on chat, how should I proceed without email?

    Currently, there isn’t an alternative way to loop in others via chat. We’re focused on streamlining our support to provide faster and more efficient help. This may be an adjustment, but we’re confident you’ll appreciate the improved speed and quality of our responses.
