Automated emails are sent by the system automatically when
a user takes a certain action, like making a donation, signing up for an event,
or on specific occasions such as birthdays.
You can edit these email templates in the system emails setup but note that you should not alter the placeholder text within double braces {{ }}, which is auto-filled by the system.
Bulk emails, on the other hand, are drafted and sent by administrators to groups of alumni. These can be customized and sent at any time through the 'Compose Email' or 'Email Templates' options.
