Once you've obtained the necessary unique keys as mentioned here. Follow the steps below to link your Authorize.net merchant account with Almabase.

Step 1:

Search for "Payments" on the admin panel.

Step 2:

Select Authorize.net as the Type and give the account a name of your choice.

Step 3:

Enter the Login ID, Client Id, and Transaction key in the "Metadata" box in the format shown below 👇


📝 Make sure you've checked the 'is active' box!

Once you're done with the above steps, hit on "Save" to link the Authorize.net Checkout payment account with the platform. 👍


Please ensure to check if the postal code and address fields are marked as non-mandatory on the auth.net dashboard. If these fields are marked as mandatory, it could lead to payment failure. Follow the steps below to ensure this 👇

Login to the Merchant Interface at https://secure.authorize.net, click on Settings and Profile 👉 Payment Form 👉 Form Fields 👉 and uncheck the Required box for the following fields:

  • postal code,

  • address,

  • city,

  • state,

  • country,

  • province.
