Conditional fields are the ones that will appear depending upon your answer to a previous question.

Such form questions are mainly used when conducting a survey, quizzes/competition, or even a simple application form.

Conditional Question on Almabase Forms

Here's how to make a form question conditional

Add a form question and do the following settings.

Step 1:

Turn ON the toggle "Mark this field conditional."

Step 2:

Select the form question based on which field you added will appear.
In the example above, the dropdown field "What membership type are you applying for?" is the chosen question.

NOTE: Only single select fields, like dropdowns and radio button type fields, can be chosen here.

Step 3:

Choose the answer(s) to the question selected above based on which the field will appear.
As shown in the example, the answer selected is "Associate." When someone chooses "Associate" as their membership type, the question to "Upload their school identification card" will be shown.

It's that easy!
