Adding an Announcement
Go to the Guest Kit tab.
Click the "Add an Announcement" button to share details with your guests.
In the side window:
Set a Heading for the announcement.
Provide a Description to clarify the announcement.
Adjust Privacy settings to control who sees the announcement—either
all registrants or
only approved ones.
Restricted announcements appear locked to guests until they're approved.
The description box supports rich text, including tables, images, and videos, for more illustrative and appealing announcements.
Announcements appear to guests in their Guest Kit, like the "Download the Zoom background" example shown in the screenshot 👇.
Common Use-Cases for Announcements
Zoom Events: Share an image for attendees to use as their Zoom background.
Online Games: Provide game instructions or rules.
Webinars: Offer tips for participants.
