Do the users have to enter a single-use code every time they log in?
If they sign up using the built-in SSO options like Facebook, Linked In, or Google, then single-use code is not required.
Only the users who signed up using the email address will need to enter a single-use code every time they log off.
When you log off, your session ends and the site will ask for a single-use code to log in.
Do the admins also have to enter a single-use code every time they log in?
The sign-up/log-in process is the same for both admin and non-admin users of the platform.
I would like to go back to using a password, instead of a single-use code. Is there an option?
No. The password option cannot be enabled. You have to use a single-use code to access the platform if you signed up using email.
We would suggest using one of the SSO options like Facebook, Linked In, or Google so that you don't have to remember or enter a new password for the site.
