Do the users have to enter a single-use code every time they log in?

  • If they sign up using the built-in SSO options like Facebook, Linked In, or Google, then a single-use code is not required.

  • Only the users who signed up using the email address will need to enter a single-use code every time they log off.

  • When you log off, your session ends, and the site will ask for a single-use code to log in.

Do the admins also have to enter a single-use code every time they log in?

  • The sign-up/log-in process is the same for both admin and non-admin users of the platform.

I would like to go back to using a password, instead of a single-use code. Is there an option?

  • No. The password option cannot be enabled. You have to use a single-use code to access the platform if you signed up using email.

  • We would suggest using one of the SSO options like Facebook, Linked In, or Google so that you don't have to remember or enter a new password for the site.

    • The new login system opens up possibilities for you to control access to contents on the platform to only the intended users.

I want to set up SSO other than Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google. How can I do that?

I don't want the social media login options for my site. Can I remove them?

  • The email could have landed in the spam folder or some other folder in your email box. Reach out to us in case you don't see it anywhere.

How do I update the login email address for a user?

  • Users can now log in with any of the multiple email addresses on their profile. So just add the email address to the user's profile. They will be able to log in with it.

  • If a user signed up with their work or school email address, and now wants to change it to their personal address, then simply add that email to their profile.
