How to Edit the Information Shared by Guests in the Event Registration?

Learn more about modifying details shared by guests during event registration, such as food preferences or additional tickets.

It's common for guests to request changes to their registration (e.g. buying more tickets, adding/removing guests). There are two options to choose from:

Option 1: Admin Edits Guest Details

  1. Go to the 'Guest Manager' tab.

  2. Search for the guest through the search bar.

  3. Click on 'View details'.

  4. Click Edit Registration.

  5. Click 'Make Changes' on the next page.

Option 2: Guests Edit It Themselves

Guests can also modify their own information through the 'Modify Registration' link in their event registration confirmation email.

Note: The main guest's name, email, affiliation, and phone number are not editable.
