How to Record an Offline Payment for Event Registration?

Step 1: Go to "Pending payments" in Guest Manager

  1. Navigate to the Guest Manager tab.

  2. Select "View details" for the registration you want to record an offline payment for.

Step 2: Edit Registration

  1. Go to View details > Edit registration. This will open the event registration page.

  2. Select "Pay now".

Step 3: Record Offline Payment

  1. Select "Make a payment".

  2. In the pop-up box that appears, choose "Record a payment"

  3. Then opt for "Record an offline payment".
