A check-in kiosk is a convenient way to manage your guests. It streamlines the check-in experience for guests and eases the workload for volunteers handling the check-ins.
Step 1: Access the Check-In Kiosk
Go to the "Guest Manager" tab on your event page.
Select "Check-In Kiosk".
Note: This option is not active until there's at least one registration for the event.
Step 2: Choose Check-In Mode
Check-In Kiosks operate in two modes: Volunteer Check-In and Self-Check-In.
Volunteer Check-In
Volunteers can search for guests by their name or email.
They can also scan the guest's QR code for check-in.
Note: Each registration displays the Host and any accompanying guests who have tickets for the event.
Self-Check-In
Set up the device for Self-Check-In.
Guests can scan their QR codes to check themselves in.
Note: Each guest receives a QR code in their registration confirmation email.
